I know you guys are evaluating a few different solutions so I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to show you what we've built. [00:24] Speaker 2: Yeah absolutely. We've been using Competitor X for about 18 months now but honestly we've been running into some major scalability issues as our team has grown. We went from 50 to 200 reps in the past year and things are just breaking left and right. [00:41] Speaker 1: That's a common story we hear. Can you tell me more about what specifically is breaking? [00:48] Speaker 2: Sure so the biggest thing is the dashboard load times. It used to take maybe 2-3 seconds to load our main analytics view and now it's taking upwards of 45 seconds sometimes. Our managers are just giving up and going back to spreadsheets which defeats the whole purpose. [01:09] Speaker 1: Wow 45 seconds is pretty rough. And I assume that's impacting adoption across the team? [01:15] Speaker 2: Exactly. We're also really interested in better integration with Salesforce. Right now we have to manually export data and reimport it which is creating a lot of data hygiene issues. Our ops team is spending probably 10 hours a week just cleaning up duplicate records. [01:38] Speaker 1: Yeah that manual process sounds painful. One thing I should mention is that we have a native Salesforce integration that syncs bidirectionally in real-time. [01:49] Speaker 2: That would be huge. The other thing is pricing. We're paying about $150 per seat right now and with 200 users that's getting pretty expensive especially since half of them barely use it anymore because of the performance issues.
